Trainual New feature alert: Public subject sharing is coming!

 Want in on a little secret? We’re releasing a new feature to Trainual next week. And since you’re in Process People, I wanted you to be one of the first to know…

Introducing: Public Share 

Yep – it’s exactly what it sounds like! You’ll be able to share any Trainual subject within your account to the world with one simple link share. And the viewers of that link won’t have to be a Trainual customer to see it.

So, if you have a process, procedure, or policy documented that you’d like to share with your network as a lead-gen opportunity or proof of the amazing work you do, this is an easy way to do that!

Pretty cool, right? Here’s what makes it even cooler:

• You can choose to allow viewers to duplicate the subject into their account and customize it.
• You’ll be able to add your affiliate tracking cookie to your Public Share link. So, if anyone wants to sign-up to get your subject, you’ll get credit for their sign-up (and maybe a new client!)
• Plus, your clients can use this feature to share one-off subjects to people who may not need to be added into Trainual

This feature will be available in our Scale plan only. But, if you don’t have a Trainual Scale account, you’ll still be able to share links from our Template Library to your audience to take advantage of the benefits. We’ll let you know how, once the feature goes live next week.

So, if you already have ideas to take advantage of Public Share, you have some time to get them ready for action!
