1. Enrollment: By participating in our Affiliate Marketing Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. To become an affiliate, you must submit an application through our website, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
2. Commissions: a. You will earn a commission of 20% on each sale generated through your unique affiliate link for our in-house products. b. Commissions are calculated based on the final sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts applied. c. Commissions are payable one month from the date of the generated sale, subject to the condition that the sale is not canceled or refunded during this period.
3. Affiliate Link: a. Upon acceptance into the program, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link that must be used to track sales. b. You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate link is properly formatted and functioning.
4. Marketing and Promotion: a. You may promote our in-house products through ethical and legal means, including but not limited to, websites, social media, and email marketing. b. You agree not to engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices. c. All promotional materials, including banners, images, and text, must be approved by us before use.
5. Termination: a. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason deemed appropriate by us. b. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our affiliate links and remove all promotional materials.
6. Payment: a. Payments will be made monthly, on the 10th of each month, for commissions earned in the previous month. b. Payments will be made via PayPal/PayTm/Direct Bank Transfer, and you are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
7. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Liability: a. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program. b. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages incurred as a result of your participation in the program.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
