Termageddon new feature – cookie consent solution now available

Termageddon customers,

We are pleased to announce that we have officially launched a cookie consent banner and Cookie Policy generator and they are now available within your Termageddon license(s)!

The cookie consent solution is powered by Usercentrics, an EU-based cookie consent manager that powers over 900,000 websites. The Cookie Policy is powered by Termageddon and these new features are available right within Termageddon accounts. You can learn more about these features on our cookie consent solutions page and our Cookie Policy page.

These new features are available in all Termageddon accounts (both existing and new) that need a cookie consent solution and a Cookie Policy at no extra charge. Please note that if your website (or your clients’ websites if you are an agency) has more than 20,000 user sessions per month (after grace period), you will be asked to upgrade to a paid Usercentrics plan.

3-step setup
“Activate -> Enter Privacy Policy URL -> Scan sitemap URL”
These are the three steps required to generate both the consent tool and Cookie Policy. Here’s an article providing more detailed steps (covering optional styling, copy changes, additional features, and more).

Embedding instructions
Forward this email to your website designer and request a quote to add the cookie consent solution and Cookie Policy to your website. If however you are comfortable inserting embed codes into your website, here are DIY instructions.

Please note that if you answered the Privacy Policy questionnaire in such a way that indicates that you are not required to present a cookie consent solution or a Cookie Policy to users of your website, then you will not see these features in your account. If you are not seeing these features in your account, you can learn more as to why you are not required to display the cookie consent popup or Cookie Policy here. You are welcome to update the Privacy Policy questionnaire accordingly if you would indeed like to launch these new features for your Termageddon license as well.

Trainual New feature alert: Public subject sharing is coming!

Want in on a little secret? We’re releasing a new feature to Trainual next week. And since you’re in Process People, I wanted you to be one of the first to know…

Introducing: Public Share

Yep – it’s exactly what it sounds like! You’ll be able to share any Trainual subject within your account to the world with one simple link share. And the viewers of that link won’t have to be a Trainual customer to see it.

So, if you have a process, procedure, or policy documented that you’d like to share with your network as a lead-gen opportunity or proof of the amazing work you do, this is an easy way to do that!

Pretty cool, right? Here’s what makes it even cooler:

You can choose to allow viewers to duplicate the subject into their account and customize it.
You’ll be able to add your affiliate tracking cookie to your Public Share link. So, if anyone wants to sign-up to get your subject, you’ll get credit for their sign-up (and maybe a new client!)
Plus, your clients can use this feature to share one-off subjects to people who may not need to be added into Trainual

This feature will be available in our Scale plan only. But, if you don’t have a Trainual Scale account, you’ll still be able to share links from our Template Library to your audience to take advantage of the benefits. We’ll let you know how, once the feature goes live next week.

So, if you already have ideas to take advantage of Public Share, you have some time to get them ready for action!

Empire Flippers: Our Referral Program is Now LIVE

Hey there,

Got some pretty big news.

We’ve opened up the Empire Flippers Referral Program for applications!

We had a really successful pilot launch and decided that this thing is ready to go.

We built this because, over the years, members of the EF and general online business M&A communities have helped keep the cogs of this small industry turning by spreading the word of what we all do.

There are some especially influential voices who have been contributing the most to this word-of-mouth growth.

So many deals across the industry and in our marketplace have come from these people, but they’ve never been rewarded for their efforts.

We decided to change that.

To encourage the growth of our small, but mighty industry, we’ve created the Empire Flippers Referral Program to finally give you a fair cut of the deals you make happen.

You get 20% of the commission we make on the sale of a business you refer to us. Flat rate. For any size business.

So, to put that into perspective, our average listing price is around $1.2M. For a deal that size, we’d take a 12.08% commission, which is $145,000. Your commission would be 20% of that, so $29,000.

But, it doesn’t stop there.

If the same lead buys or sells another one, two, three, or even more businesses within two years after they’ve been referred, you’ll earn commissions on all of those deals!

Our engineering team has built out an intuitive platform so you can track your referrals. And you’ll have your own Marketplace Wallet that you can use to withdraw your funds in just a click.

Of course, we all only want high-quality, honest deals to happen in our industry. So these referral partnerships have to be the right fit.

We’re really looking for top-end partnerships to do solid content collaborations and other co-marketing activities.
